Once you have built an agent application and tested it, you can deploy agent application versions in a variety of ways:
- Web widget: Provides a configurable, ready to use web interface widget.
- Platform connections:
- Five9: Connect to your Five9 voice calls.
- Google Cloud CCaaS: Connect to a Google Cloud Contact Center as a Service instance.
- Google Telephony Platform: Connect to a new Google Telephony Platform phone number.
- Twilio: Connect to your Twilio voice calls.
- API access: Connect using the API.
Configure a deployment channel
To configure a deployment channel:
- Click the Deploy button at the top of the agent builder.
- Select Web widget, Platform, or API access.
- Provide configuration details specific to the channel you've chosen.
